Dr. Robert Morrow is the medical director of quality for the Rural and Community Health Institute. He is a graduate of the Memorial Hermann Southwest Family Practice training program in Houston and The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University.
Dr. Morrow serves in the House of Delegates of the Texas Medical Association and the American Medical Association. He is a member of multiple boards, given multiple public presentations on health care quality improvement and is still in clinical practice. He received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Tennessee.
