Joining RCHI in July 2011, Charlotte has more than 10 years experience in the medical field. Prior to joining RCHI, she worked for a durable medical equipment company begining in customer service and working throughout the office, including inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. She spent the last three years in billing and coding insurance claims.
Charlotte is a native of Bryan, Texas.
