Mrs. Van is a 1983 graduate of Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. In 1997, she graduated from Alvin Community College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. During her career she has worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse, an Operating Room Circulator, and a Quality nurse. As a Quality nurse she has experience in Infection Control, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Joint Commission Accreditation, Quality, and Physician and Nurse Peer Review.
She will be working for HSC-RCHI in the Physician Peer Review and Nursing Peer Review Programs.
