Peer Review

The Peer Review log in is used to access the Medical Record Transmittal Sheet (MRTS) to send records to ARCHI for Peer Review purposes. The facility can also access aggregate data reports via this site.

TSN3PSO

TSN 3 PSO is the online patient safety event reporting system used exclusively by the provider members of the A&M Rural and Community Institute Patient Safety Organization. This application uses the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality Common Formats, a standard data set to report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

TSN3 ER (Non-PSO)

TSN3 ER is an online safety event reporting system for ARCHI clients who have not joined the A&M Rural and Community Institute Patient Safety Organization.

Healthcare Data Integration

HDI provides hospitals with a service to streamline flow of accurate and complete data to monitor clinical quality and financial performance. The program allows for more timely abstraction, provides concurrent reporting, performs submissions to regulatory/accrediting agencies, has report card capability and is an excellent resource for individual, state and national benchmarking.

InterQual Review Manager

The log in is used to access Change Healthcare’s Interqual Review Manager tool to assist the facility in performing utilization management within their facility. Upon log in, the facility has direct access to the hospital specific URL.

MBQIP

The log in is used to access the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Emergency Department Transfer Communication (EDTC) database. This database is used to enter all EDTC data to be downloaded to the State Office of Rural Health (SORH) each quarter. Additionally, the log in provides access to the MBQIP portal to access resources and data repositories used to capture specific reporting requirements.

Academic/Residency

The log in is used by “residency” programs to access the peer review data base to enter the Medical Record Transmittal Sheet (MRTS) to send records to ARCHI for Peer Review purposes. The facility can also access aggregate data reports vial this site.
